Service Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Digital Strategy to join its innovative leadership team!

The Vice President of Digital Strategy innovates, fosters growth, and offers a seamless member experience across all aspects of Service Credit Union's digital delivery channels. The incumbent will be in charge of product management for all digital channels. This individual is responsible for optimizing the member experience, driving conversions, and supporting ongoing strategies and initiatives relative to the credit union's digital channel, including the digital banking platform. This position entails product knowledge and initiative, along with the ability to think strategically about multi-tiered situations and execute the defined business initiatives.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or business is required. Master’s degree preferred. Must have five years of experience in product management for a member and/or consumer-facing brand, five years of financial industry experience, and knowledge of digital delivery channels. A minimum of five years of management experience is required. Proven success in previous leadership roles, including collaboration with multiple business divisions, is desired. Demonstrable track record of leading product efforts that drive conversion through a member/consumer-facing funnel is required. Experience with design-driven UI/UX implementation is needed in this role.
