Horizon Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Director of Information Technology and Facilities to lead and promote innovative ideas supporting the strategic direction with a "hands-on" approach!

Reporting to the Chief Financial and Information Officer, the Director of Information Technology and Facilities will be responsible for the vision, leadership, and overall success of the Information Technology division while supporting Facilities daily. The Director of Information Technology and Facilities will oversee projects and routine maintenance for all Horizon facilities and properties while bringing a collaborative and organizational approach. The incumbent will ensure efficient and optimal IT operations for the Credit Union's retail branches and provide a corporate strategy to complement their future growth.

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. May substitute related technology certifications. Must have a minimum of five years of IT experience and possess networking and project management concentration with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
