OU Federal Credit Union is searching for a seasoned and accomplished Chief Operating Officer to join its executive team!

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Operations Officer (COO) will report to the President/CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the credit union. The Chief Operating Officer will primarily be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling the credit union's operational, lending, and retail functions.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of comparable experience is required. MBA preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses are required for this role. Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff in different departments.
