Mass Bay Credit Union seeks an innovative Vice President of Retail Services to join its leadership team!

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Retail Services will manage the Credit Union's administrative and member service activities, providing quality service to its members. The incumbent will oversee the activities of the branch network and the Call Center while establishing delivery outcomes that meet the business initiatives set by the Credit Union. The Vice President of Retail Services will ensure the Credit Union membership receives exceptional technological enhancements to meet their banking needs.

A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is preferred. Must have 5 to 10 years of Credit Union or bank management experience with a solid background and knowledge of compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be an effective motivator and delegator are critical in this role.
