Mass Bay Credit Union is seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Human Resources to join its organization!

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Human Resources will provide human resource services for the Credit Union with primary emphasis on areas of human resource policy development, Labor/Union management, wage and salary administration, performance management, employee benefits, recruitment, human resource record keeping, reports and statistics, counseling, orientation and employee training and development programs.
 
A minimum of 5-10 years of Human Resource experience and 3 years in a management capacity is required. College degree in human resources or related field and union experience preferred. Must be well-experienced in payroll administration, benefits including 401(k) administration, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and HR regulations and laws. Practical oral and written communication skills are essential with proficiency in policy and procedure writing.
