Apple Federal Credit Union has an incredible opportunity for a strategic leader as the AVP of People and Culture to provide expertise in Benefits Administration, Recruitment, and Payroll Administration.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Human Resources functions and promote specified organizational goals partnering with key leaders within the Credit Union. The incoming leader will be an integral part of the Human Resources Division, assisting management and team leaders with human resources initiatives, and ensuring all required regulatory reporting and continuous training is conducted according to company policy.  This individual will recommend and implement enhancements to performance management systems and practices supporting the Credit Union’s high-performing employee culture.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required, PHR or SPHR (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP) and/or a Master’s degree is preferred.  Eight to ten years Human Resources Generalist experience plus a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is needed in this role.
