Vice President of Operations (Boston, MA)
Mass Bay Credit Union seeks a Vice President of Operations to join its leadership team!
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will manage the Deposit Operation activities of the credit union and oversee the daily operations, including online/mobile banking, in-clearing items, ACH origination, file maintenance review, card disputes/fraud, IRAs, and deposit account-related service. The incumbent will proactively research, recommend, and deploy solutions to keep the credit union current in payments, electronic delivery channels, and other deposit operation areas and protect members and the credit union from fraud and loss.
A minimum of 7 years of banking or credit union experience with at least five years in operations leadership roles. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred. General knowledge of the financial industry and compliance regulations is required. Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to travel within the credit union's service area.
