Vice President Risk Management (Beaverton, OR)
Rivermark Community Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Vice President of Risk Management to join its organization!
The Vice President of Risk Management will be responsible for the development, oversight, and strategy of Rivermark's Enterprise Risk Management Program and business units/functions, including Information Security, Business Continuity, Compliance, Fraud, Quality, Vendor Management, and Board policies, bylaws, security policies, and procedures. The incumbent will provide strong leadership and manage business unit leaders' performance. In this role, the Vice President of Risk Management will effectively collaborate with leaders to identify, address, measure, and report business risks, appetites, tolerances, and internal controls.
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required. Risk Management certification (NCRM or CUERME) or similar is desired. Must have a minimum of eight years of experience in risk management and compliance, with five years in a management capacity in a credit union or other financial institution.
