Chief Financial and Information Officer (Williamsport, PA)
Horizon Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Chief Financial and Information Officer to join its executive leadership team!
Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial and Information Officer will operate as a brand advocate for Horizon and expertly illustrate the Credit Union's mission, vision, and fundamental values in all interaction with members, colleagues, and vendors. The incoming executive will develop and implement the Credit Union's financial goals, serving as the financial gatekeeper. The incoming leader will oversee all aspects of Information Technology, deposit operations, Account Solutions, security, facilities, quality control, compliance, risk, audits, vendor management, and administration. This individual will ensure financial stability through exemplary stewardship of the Credit Union.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Must have a minimum of five years' experience in a related role in a financial institution. CPA or MBA is a plus. Strong background in finance, budgeting, expense control, administration, and a developed understanding of financial technology required. Demonstrated history of success implementing mid to large-size projects and initiatives. Must demonstrate a passion for exceptional service.
