ABNB Federal Credit Union has created a new opportunity for a dynamic and innovative leader to join its Senior Leadership Team as the incoming Senior Vice President, Chief Experience Officer (CXO). 

The CXO will strengthen the credit union culture to fulfill the member service strategy and ensure member-centricity throughout the organization. This individual will be a key contributor in establishing the strategic direction and execution of the member experience through various digital channels, member engagement, marketing, and member-facing divisions. Additionally, the CXO will be a pivotal contributor in setting expectations based on the business initiatives set forth by the credit union's Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leaders.

Ten years to fifteen years of similar or related experience is required. Must have a master's or bachelor's degree plus professional certification (e.g., CPA). In this capacity, work involves exercising advanced conflict resolution, presenting material, and resolving issues impacting multiple departments or divisions. The incoming leader will bring high motivation and influential communication with a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
