Reports To:  Director - Operations

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sales Associate will be focused on connecting with potential customers via phone, email, and onsite sales calls, assisting them in selecting the right products and services to learn about, as well as training and implementation of The Great Game of Business (GGOB) methodology. The Sales Associate will participate in achieving monthly sales goals and reporting progress on those goals on a weekly basis. Lastly, the Sales Associate will assist the GGOB Coaches in following up with current customers and business development duties.
  • Promote GGOB products and services to new potential clients
  1. Promote workshops or products that fit customer needs
  2. Be knowledgeable about our coaching services and basic structure
  3. Recommend products to help customers implement the Great Game
  4. Register new clients for GGOB workshops
    1. Update scoreboard against monthly goals
    2. Update qualified sales for weekly reporting
  • Account Manager
    1. Manage an active coaching account for the coach and trainer
      1. Follow up on Coaches/trainers request to client
      2. Monitor quality data on the active account including contracts, Potentials, invoices, and company information
      3. Follow up on Potentials to close
  • Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM)
    1. Maintain clean CRM data and records with proper protocol and procedures
      1. Data entry
      2. Data verification
      3. Data updating
  • Assist coaches in account management, CRM data, and ‘Customer For Life’ process
  • Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
Start Date: Subject to fulfillment of any conditions imposed by interview and/or schedule of employer or potential employee.

Work Environment: Office environment centered in the sales of the organization; including workshop registrations and promotion of GGOB products and services.
Skill/Knowledge/Ability/Education / Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Able to follow instructions from Senior Management regarding client follow-up
    • Desire to continually self-educate related to business and Company’s market
Preferred Skill/Knowledge/Ability/Education / Experience:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent Communication Skills over the phone (Required)
  • Familiar with selling and promoting products and services per clients’ needs
  • Business environment experience, including professional communication with company executives.
  • High level motivation and energy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Great Game of Business methodology including Workshops, Training, Coaching, and Products
  • Assist in forecasting current month’s Seminar/Conferences line on Profit and Loss Statement.
  • Yo-Yo Basic Financial Literacy Training
