This position requires the Systems Engineer to provide enterprise systems engineering (SE) services to the FCT3 ITS Division of the ESG organization. The contractor shall provide analysis, technical evaluations, and recommendations to support the way-ahead for NSAC, in concert with the ADF-C and the IC ITE deployments and implementation. The SE contributes to requirements and specifications development of determining site-specific data access. The SE also provides IT-related guidance and insight relative to new technologies, industry movements and best practices, and future architecture vision to site government and customer personnel. The SE coordinates with Client Agency and other IC agencies’ personnel to enable use on new technologies to improve how site supports mission operations. The SE will participate in technical forums and advisory groups representing the ADF-C at the enterprise level, and will determine appropriate IT process improvements that will lead to efficiencies for the ADF-C and the enterprise. The SE contributes to developing governance and policy related to new technologies, such as virtualization and desktop optimization. The SE will also work closely with ISSOs to identify and characterize new acceptable methods for improved information sharing, and using identity controls rather than networking protocols to allow appropriate access to data and applications.
Individual Capabilities Required:
Must have an ACTIVE security clearance, TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Must be able to interface with senior Mission customers at varying levels across more than one agency.
- Experience with STE/STN compliance standards and procedures.
