Job Requirement:  The ideal candidate has experience in working with customers and will be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.  S/he must have demonstrated systems engineering experience.   The applicant should be familiar with the Systems Engineering “V” and be able to apply those principles to cybersecurity projects.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical planning, system integration, and risk analysis
  • Ensure compliance with technical requirements
  • Provide technical input and technical recommendations to ensure requirements are met
  • Participate in Government and contractor Technical Exchange Meetings
  • Review and comment on technical documentation
  • Ensure all documents are aligned to project objectives
  • Write and maintain requirements process documents 
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition
 The candidate must:

An ACTIVE Security clearance is REQUIRED,TS/SCI

Candidates with DHS Suitability are preferred.
  • Be a strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in system engineering or system development experience
  • Experience with the use and administration of DOORS and/or JIRA
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio) and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Understanding of Cyber Threat
​​​​​​​Desired qualifications:
  • CISSP certification 
  • Be familiar with the DHS Directive 102 
  • Experience with agile development processes including Scrum, Kanban, DevOpsSec and SAFe.
