What You Will Do:
As a program manager, you lead the development of our most advanced products.  You will be a dynamic leader, elevating your team, making decisions and helping to guide the organization. 
  • Act as the liaison between our customer and Korry, which can involve everything from making presentations to customer executives to digging into the details with our operations and engineering teams
  • Track and meet schedule, cost and performance targets
  • Create and develop project plans
  • Control scope changes

What You Should Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous project or program management experience
  • Experience that demonstrates an ability to lead teams and to confidently communicate with customers
  • Amazing communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent judgement and a willingness to ask for help when you need it
  • Six Sigma, Lean or Value Engineering experience would be very helpful
  • You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred But Not Required:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in aerospace or another highly regulated industry
  • Product development experience and business to business customer interface experience
  • Technical degree or advanced business degree
