Senior Contract Administrator
  
The Senior Contract Administrator
is responsible for providing commercial management services on our projects.


How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
  • Prepare and manage the development of contract administration documents including following on return of executed documents.
  • Draft and issue subcontracts.
  • Order and review Corporation Profile Reports to confirm company corporate information prior to issue of Subcontracts. 
  • Responsible for the distribution and saving of all correspondence related to compliance documentation.
  • Administers requirement for Contractor warranties, insurances and bonds.
  • Undertake the contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with clerical duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: 
  • Over five years of experience in a senior-level Contracts Administration role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
