We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to provide frontline and intermediate technical support to end users, resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.


How will you contribute to the team?

The Technical Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for technical support requests, ensuring smooth daily operations across desktop systems, devices, and basic infrastructure services. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and growing their technical skills in a collaborative team.


Specific accountabilities include:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and standard enterprise software.
  • Manage and respond to tickets using the company’s ticketing system (e.g., Jira), ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel), and basic network connectivity (Wi-Fi, Ethernet).
  • Support user onboarding tasks including device setup, account configuration, and domain-join activities.
  • Perform diagnostics on hardware, software, and network issues; escalate to senior technical teams when necessary.
  • Assist with routine IT maintenance, including software updates, imaging, inventory tracking, and peripheral setup.
  • Apply foundational skills in Linux, SQL, and containerization as needed for system interactions.
  • Follow change control processes and contribute to documentation.
  • Provide in-person support when remote resolution is not feasible.
  • Communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical users; provide basic user training when needed.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Support IT security best practices and organizational standards.
    Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of service and meet SLA expectations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies such as cloud services, Kubernetes, and AI/LLM tools.
  • Organize and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Skill Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Hands-on support experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS SQL.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and listen effectively.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud environments.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes (K8s) or containerized systems.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), or MCP.
  • PowerShell/Bash scripting.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Ansible.
  • Networking and switching knowledge.
  • Experience supporting multi-server environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Working Conditions:
  • Office based position with occasional travel to job sites.
  • Ability to lift and move server or network equipment as needed.

Salary Range:
Salary range between $65K-75K, depending on experience.
