SUMMARY
As Junior Designer, you will assist in the design process from conceptualization to delivery for the company’s portfolio of wine brands and The Olive Press. You must be able to multi-task, adjust creative based on feedback from stakeholders and meet tight deadlines. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, this position collaborates with Marketing Management, Sales, DtC, Operations and Winemaking.

As Junior Designer, you will assist in the design process from conceptualization to delivery for the company’s portfolio of wine brands and The Olive Press. You must be able to multi-task, adjust creative based on feedback from stakeholders and meet tight deadlines. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, this position collaborates with Marketing Management, Sales, DtC, Operations and Winemaking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, update and make visual improvements to all needed collateral, such as sales materials, POS, advertising, shelf promotions, event collateral and email design for both wholesale and DtC.
- Ensure that projects are completed according to timelines and actively communicate about progress
- Work with a team to support company’s social media strategies, including content creation, replying to DMs, and planning future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design/Visual Arts or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques
- Must present portfolio of professional and published creative work samples

- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and priorities under tight timelines
- Must be able to sit for long periods, bend, twist, squat and lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion.
- Must satisfactorily pass the pre-employment physical, drug and background screening process.
- Fine motor skills needed for frequent computer usage.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, meeting qualitative and /or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
