ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Be a brand ambassador of The Olive Press and Press Club and provide exceptional service at all times.
- Build and maintain Club Member relationships
- In collaboration with admin team, address any Club Member requests (ie: special tastings, deliveries, etc.)
- Excellent problem resolution skills (ie: bad bottles, service, delivery issues)
- Ability to upsell – products and olive oil experiences
- Support management in all stages of club events, from inception to execution
- Excellent hospitality skills – ex. ability to conduct club tastings/other hospitality experiences offered
- Assist management with training of The Olive Press Tasting Room staff on all club related procedures
- Assist with maintenance of aesthetics of the Retail and Tasting Room look and feel, including proper inventory
- Customer Database Maintenance
- Creating and Processing Press Club quarterly shipments (Pick Up and Shipping)
- Processing website orders and daily club custom orders
- Club Membership expired credit card follow up
- Assist with Club/Web Data Reporting
- Assist Press Club Manager & Mktg with all Club communication (notifications, reminders, announcements, events)
- Other duties as assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- High school graduate. College Education preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong Computer skills, fast and accurate typing, mastery of Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Previous POS knowledge, Commerce7, Tock, Hubspot, UPS QVM and ShipCompliant a plus
- Retail Industry/Administrative Experience
- Marketing experience including both mass and direct
- Frequent sitting and standing
- Frequent walking on level and unlevel surfaces
- Occasional bending, twisting, and climbing
- Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Occasional reaching above and below shoulder
- Continuous use of mouse and keyboard. Occasional grasping and squeezing
- Ability to lift or carry 0-50 pounds occasionally, and over 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to push or pull 0-50 pounds occasionally, and over 50 pounds intermittently
