Here follows information about the position:



Responsibilities and Duties
  •   Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entered.
  •   Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
  •   Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
  •   Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  •   Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  •   Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
  •   Deliver messages and run errands.
  •   Miscellaneous typing and filing as required.
  •   Participates in agency’s Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program (QAPI).


Education and Experience
  • The candidate for this position must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of clerical and data entry experience.  
  • Telephone experience in an office with an incoming call volume and staff size similar to the hiring location.
  • Must have good clerical skills, including basic computer skills, be proficient at data entry and word process accurately.
  • Bilingual Spanish, preferred
