Here follows information about the position:

 

We are a home health agency searching for an ideal candidate to join our Payroll office on a full-time basis. 
  1. Processing data entry of payroll and employee information.
  2. Resolve employee payroll problems and supports the billing and collection process by assuring that all data entry is complete, accurate and timely.
  3. Prepares/Runs management reports, branch schedules and tracking reports as needed.
  4. Functions as a customer service representative in all interactions with caregivers and in-office employees. Has knowledge of and adhere to all Company policies associated with data integrity, maintenance and confidentiality.
  5. Other duties as needed.         
The candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of payroll and systems experience, preferably in a health care environment.  Good organizational skills, and attention to detail are requisite.  Candidate must have basic computer skills and be proficient in data entry. Experience in HHA exchange and ADP a plus

Pay
  • Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 
  • Leave time includes Paid Time Off, Sick and paid holidays
