Here follows information about the position:


•    Assists Recruitment Coordinator in managing the recruiting, hiring and orientation of caregiver/employees.
•    Adheres to the Company hiring and employment management policies.
•    Assists Recruitment Coordinator in directing the progress of applicants through the hiring process to ensure prompt conversion to actively working caregiver status.
•    Assists Recruitment Coordinator with coordinating the orientation plan and competency programs for new hire caregivers.
•    Participates in public relations and outreach program activities in all communities served by Able.
