Recruitment Vacancy


The Administrative Support Coordinator performs clerical duties that support productivity and efficiency in the Administrative Offices.  Responsibilities also include meeting critical deadlines, maintaining general files, making copies, scanning & processing correspondence. Assist all branch departments with data entry and filing as needed. 
  1. Performs clerical duties that support productivity and efficiency in the clinical department for both LHCSA and CHHA.
  2. Maintains insurance authorization and pre-certifications.
  3. Assists with staffing and processing incoming CHHA referrals.
  4. Communicates with corporate billing as needed.
  5. Maintains compliance with DON plan of correction for the ongoing review of the aides duty sheets and counseling as needed.
  6. Responsible for Performance Improvement Indicator –Aide Activity Sheet will match Plan of Care.
  7. Efficiently copies charts for audits as requested by corporate.
  8. Mails and tracks pediatric surveys each quarter.
  9. Supports DON/clinical staff by filling and retrieving documents, responding to telephone calls, and forwarding them to the appropriate resource, copying/distributing forms and materials.
  10. Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • The candidate for this position must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of clerical and data entry experience.  
  • Telephone experience in an office with an incoming call volume and staff size similar to the hiring location. 
  • Must have good clerical skills, including basic computer skills, be proficient at data entry and word process accurately.

Range:   $35,000 to $40,000
