Regional Administrator - Home Health Care

Able Health Care Service is looking to fill an administrative staff position.
The ideal candidate for the position of Regional Administrator is an experienced take-charge Administrator who can provide overall direction for offices located in Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. Responsibilities include community outreach and development of a recruitment strategy for Home Care recruitment.


Overview of Responsibilities

Recruitment
  1. Directs the development of an annual recruitment plan that is consistent with the needs of the marketplace and the overall strategy of the Company. 
Marketing
  1. Develops and implements a proactive marketing strategy and implements a specific goal directed plan to increase strategic business goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Develops and builds referral relationships & contracts within our service areas to foster long term relationships, new sources of business and increased productivity for the organization.
  3. Finds, evaluates, and responds to RFP’s and contract proposals.
Corporate Management
  1. Participates in the review and development of policies, procedures, manuals, forms and job descriptions to optimize compliance with industry practice and standards: Joint Commission, state and federal regulation as a standing member of the Policy and Practice committee.
  2. Effectively measures, assesses, and provides reports on the quality of patient services provided by the branch network.  Identifies trends and patterns found in the measurement and assessment of patient care provided.  Develops and established performance improvement when deficient standards and processes are identified.
  3. Performs and analyzes the outcomes of client, caregiver and staff surveys and other PI audit tools.  Reviews and approves the branch’s corrective actions plans.  Establishes information systems to collect data and communicates performance improvement information to branch staff.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One-year work experience in supervision/administration, preferably in a community health or home health care setting. Basic knowledge of governmental home health agency regulations, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, Joint Commission Standards and Performance Improvement standards.

Pay
  • Pay Range $100,000 - $120,000
  • Leave time includes Paid Time Off, Sick, and paid holidays

Work setting
  • In-person; office; proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
