This is a great opportunity to join our team. We are looking for a Director of Nursing to oversee patient services and supervise field staff. You will perform a range of duties. The ideal candidate for this position has proven experience in a nursing leadership role, outstanding organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of healthcare industry policies.
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead all nursing personnel operations
• Plan and oversee intake, nursing, and patient care processes
• Respond to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with field staff and other departments to ensure efficiency
• Oversee all record-keeping processes and ensure all necessary documents are accurate and up to date
• Train new nursing staff members
• Evaluate staff performance and prepare accurate reports detailing your findings
Qualifications
• NYS Registered Nurse
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Home Care experience required
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Home Care software
Pay
• Annually Range $100,000 to 120,000
• Leave time includes Paid Time Off, Sick and paid holidays
