Able Health Care Service is looking to fill an administrative staff position.
This is a great opportunity to join our team. We are looking for an HR Recruitment Coordinator to onboard/hire HHA/PCA applicants seeking to gain employment with our agency.  You will perform a range of duties. The ideal candidate for this position has proven customer service experience and outstanding organizational skills.  Home Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts onboarding of new HHA/PCA applicants utilizing agency applicant tracking software (BOLT)
  • Assist applicants with completing applications and submitting required documents.  Communicate clearly with applicants to guide them through the process.
  • Verify employment credentials and follow up timely with applicants in effort to expedite hiring.
  • Schedule orientation for new hires and follow up diligently to ensure completion.
  • Telephone screening of applicants who wish to enroll into the agency’s HHA/PCA Training Program.
  • Provide statistical information to HR and supervisor regarding applicants, job posts, reasons for non-acceptance/other.
  • Represents the Agency in recruitment activities at job fairs, health fairs, mall displays, and conventions to obtain qualified professional health care staff.

Qualifications:
  • The candidate for this position will have a high school diploma preferably bachelor’s degree, and three years related experience in health care delivery or business. Prior recruitment experience in a customer service setting. Strong human relations, communications, and problem-skills are requisite.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail are requisite for success in this position. 
Candidate must have good computer skills and be proficient in data entry. 
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, must communicate effectively with a warm enthusiastic presence.
Pay
  • Salary range: $37,444 to $46,800 
  • Leave time includes Paid Time Off, Sick and paid holidays
