Successful applicants will be capable of maintaining a safe jobsite while taking charge of the day to day execution of our projects and assigned team members. You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the job, our scope, inherent complexities, and overall schedule for the project
- Laying out the job
- Managing assigned crew by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and continually training and counseling toward improvement
- Planning the logical flow of work to keep manpower productive and profitable
- Listing material requirements, managing and safeguarding material
- Coordinating with other contractors and customers
- Verifying quality of work on a regular basis
- Participating in installation, as required; this is a hands-on position
- Completing daily report paperwork and maintaining as-built drawings
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized jobsite, including connex and company vehicles
- Commercial HVAC control experience desired.
- Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs
- Must be able to pass E-verify
- Must possess all hand tools, benders, and appropriate cordless tools
- Must be able to obtain access to military base. Camp Lejeune/Cherry Point have strict access standards; certain criminal charges may prevent the ability to pass their background check

This is a full time position
