Fleet Parts Advisor - Shift Work - 7 on 7 off - 12 hour days
 
Legacy Dodge Fleet Services Center in Fort McMurray is looking for two (2) Fleet Part's Advisor's to join their growing team.  Our team members work closely with each other in a very positive and supportive environment to provide exceptional customer service.  
 
Duties: 
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Submit estimates and invoices to fleet management companies, including Hollman/ARI, Emkay and Element
• Receive payments
• Access and process information
• Maintain records and statistics
• Perform general office duties

Requirements: 
• Dealership experience is an asset but not necessary
• Knowledge of electronic parts catalogue system
• Fluent with computer and automotive systems
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and be organized
• At least 1 year automotive parts experience required    
• Experience with inventory control  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality vital
