Then the Human Resources Coordinator is a position for you.  You will play a part in contributing to the implementation of new systems, policies/procedures, and controls within the department and organization. This is a great opportunity to be a part of rebuilding the HR function for amazing properties. 


The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing and supporting the people management function of the company. This position will participate in recruitment, hiring and retention of company employees and staff. The Human Resources Coordinator is also responsible for administrative functions, including training, scheduling, recordkeeping, and documentation. Hourly rate is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending upon experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business administration, office management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.   

  • 1 year experience as an administrative professional in human resources, office management, or similar field of work

  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
