Job Description:
Livingston Associates is currently seeking a versatile and skilled Carpentry Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for construction and maintenance work, who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working on a variety of projects.
Construction Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry and related construction work for various projects and jobsites.
- Coordinate materials to ensure efficient day-to-day operations on jobsites.
- Execute tasks according to project plans and specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship at all times.
- Conduct repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on various indoor and outdoor facilities.
- Perform a wide range of tasks including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, locksmithing, blueprint reading, and carpentry.
- Maintain corporate locations and residential client sites to the highest standards of safety and functionality.
- Proven experience in carpentry, construction, and maintenance work.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and other relevant skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel between sites as required.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with machinery.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, with a dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
