Job Description: TMD operates year-round performing commercial wood framing in the Greater Rochester, and Surrounding Areas. Carpenters are artisans who construct, erect, install and renovate structures made of wood and other materials. 

Job Duties:
  • Operating power tools such as nail guns
  • Cuts/ labels studs and bring them to the deck
  • Builds headers and jack studs
  • Create wall layouts and build walls
  • Install exterior sheathing
  • Installation of wood panels

Compensation:
  • $25- $30 per hour depending on experience

Experience:
  • Must have experience in construction
  • Prior wood framing experience highly preferred
  • OSHA10 is highly preferred
  • Valid NYS Drivers License is required as well as reliable transportation
