Job Summary: Mitchell Design Build is currently seeking a motivated and career-minded full-time General Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting in various construction tasks at job sites within the local area, offering immediate availability with opportunities for advancement within the company. The ideal candidate should possess basic construction knowledge and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to different scopes of work as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Unload and transport construction materials to designated areas on job sites.
2. Assist in site cleanup activities, including the removal of debris and discarded construction materials.
3. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning on the job and acquiring new skills to support project requirements.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers to support project progress and success.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and participate in various scopes of construction work.
2. Basic familiarity with construction terminology and tools.
3. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
4. Prior construction experience is beneficial but not required, as we are willing to provide training to the right applicant.
