The Mayflower Inn and Spa, an Auberge Resorts Collection Hotel, is looking for a motivated Beverage Manager/Sommelier to join our family as the Lead in our Multi-Outlet Beverage Program. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Hands-on selling of all beverage products in our Formal and Casual Restaurants as well as within our Group and Events Business
  • Maintaining all beverage stock, inventory and ordering
  • Conducting daily training with team members on all offerings
  • Keeping up to date with clientele and current trends
PERSON REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior Management experience in a formal fine dining or luxury setting
  • Good knowledge of restaurant financials
  • Sommelier Certification (any level)
  • A leader in Sales and Training on the Floor.
