Role Summary
Our Public Area Attendant is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring all public areas are kept clean and neat for the enjoyment of our guests and team members.  Join our team and become one of the authors of our story.  

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this position are:

• Clean and maintain common areas and assist with guest rooms as necessary
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
• Notify Director of Housekeeping about any maintenance, malfunctioning equipment, supplies needed or damage within the area of work
• Work in accordance with hotel and departmental safety standards
• Coordinate and communicate all public area service tickets through the companies internal communication platform
• Engage with guests with a smile and appropriate greeting, using the guests name whenever appropriate
• Follow all Auberge Service Standards 
• Capture and record guest preferences into internal communication platform where appropriate
• Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned

• A genuine affinity for interacting with guests and team members alike 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time seamlessly including delivery of guest requests and room attendant requests
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and individuals as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and security of guest rooms
• Competency and learning within new computer based applications 

• Experience in a luxury Resort
• Bilingual; English and Spanish

 $19.00/hour
