The Services Sales Specialist will guide patients through the process of purchasing and funding projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consults with implant patients to understand their financial needs, timelines, and acceptable risk levels.
- Recommends and prepares proposals outlining various financial options to meet patients’ needs and goals.
- Monitors costs and revenue to determine ongoing profitability of products and services; makes recommendations and modifications.
- Identifies and analyzes banking and credit union options and formatting a financial plan to provide a solution to high-dollar procedures.
- Accepts payments for services and prepares agreements, forms, or paperwork.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with patients and the community.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans and financial options.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Thorough understanding of how to connect to patients to better communicate next steps and options.
- Capacity to be trained on new systems and processes.
- Very professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- At least one year of in direct sales required.
- Successful completion of on-the-job training required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
