Job Summary:
The Services Sales Specialist will guide patients through the process of purchasing and funding projects. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Consults with implant patients to understand their financial needs, timelines, and acceptable risk levels.
  • Recommends and prepares proposals outlining various financial options to meet patients’ needs and goals.
  • Monitors costs and revenue to determine ongoing profitability of products and services; makes recommendations and modifications.
  • Identifies and analyzes banking and credit union options and formatting a financial plan to provide a solution to high-dollar procedures.
  • Accepts payments for services and prepares agreements, forms, or paperwork. 
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with patients and the community.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans and financial options.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Thorough understanding of how to connect to patients to better communicate next steps and options.
  • Capacity to be trained on new systems and processes.
  • Very professional appearance and attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
  • At least one year of in direct sales required.
  • Successful completion of on-the-job training required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
