Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as Talent & Culture Coordinator at the Madeline Hotel, in Telluride Colorado. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Talent & Culture department and assisting in all Human Resources activities.
Here at Auberge, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Ensure our Talent & Culture policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
Assist in all activities concerning sourcing & recruitment, performance management, discipline, and general administration.
Implement policies and procedures on compensation and benefits.
Assist in communication of key messages to all team members. Promote team communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback.
Coordinate all matters of staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
Prior work experience in the Human Resources department for a luxury hotel
A detailed and up-to-date understanding of state (Colorado) and federal labor law.
Familiarity with using HR IS systems, preferably Ceridian.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
A love of the mountains and an outdoors, adventurous lifestyle.
