Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager 

Role Summary 

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of sales, marketing, and guest experience initiatives at Malliouhana. This role is highly detail-oriented and focused on ensuring all materials, communications, and programming are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. 

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, this position is responsible for coordination, organization, and consistent follow-through across all initiatives. 

Core Responsibilities 

Programming & Experiences 

  • Support the coordination and execution of the monthly experiences calendar and on-property programming  

  • Assist with all details, timelines, and logistics are accurate and clearly communicated  

Sales & Marketing Support 

  • Assist with creation and organization of proposals, itineraries, collateral, and marketing materials  

  • Review all materials for accuracy prior to distribution  

  • Coordinate VIP, media, and travel advisor visits  

Social Media & Content 

  • Schedule and post content across platforms  

  • Coordinate on-property photo and video capture  

  • Assist with content calendars and campaign rollouts  

  • Monitor engagement and flag insights  

 

 

Brand Standards & Quality Control 

  • Have all materials align with brand voice and visual standards  

  • Maintain templates and consistency across departments  

Project & Event Coordination 

  • Support execution of campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives  

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups  

  • Assist with on-site event coordination as needed  

Guest Experience & On-Property Touchpoints 

  • Conduct spot checks of signage and guest-facing materials  

  • Assist in ensuring programming is properly presented on property  

  • Support real-time adjustments to enhance the guest experience  

Internal Alignment & Vendor Coordination 

  • Keep teams informed of current campaigns and programming  

  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and partners  

  • Manage timelines for asset production and delivery  

Administrative Support 

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communication  

  • Maintain organized records and track project progress  

  • Any other duties as may be assigned or related to the job function. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines  

  • Clear and professional communication skills  

  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented  

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality preferred  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and relevant platforms  

Key Focus of the Role 

This is an execution-focused position centered on accuracy, organization, and follow-through, supporting the team in delivering high-quality, on-brand experiences and communications.

Please note that this is a locally based position at Malliouhana Resort and Spa Meads Bay, Anguilla.
