Role Overview:
  • Utilizes the standard Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), InfoWorks, to register, control, distribute, and transmit design documentation received from Project Administration
  • Maintains access controls for the jobsite team to the EDMS
  • Coordinates the implementation of the procedures and ensures training records are current for administrative personnel
  • Supports the development and implementation of an overall jobsite records management program.
  • Maintains effective communications with other project team members, client, and administrative personnel to ensure quality, schedule and budget
  • Processes jobsite generated records in EDMS
  • Prepares routine documents, using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other office software as needed to support work activities
  • Performs/assists in other general administrative or clerical activities as required
  • Performs audits at subcontractor document control locations
  • Numbers and scans project generated documents into InfoWorks closely with field engineering and construction supervision in support of the construction activities

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of administrative skills and automated applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and produce results
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Advanced MS Office package skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail imperative
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
  • Superior written and oral communication skills

Additional Information:
This is a 2-3 year term assignment.
Must be willing to park offsite and get transported in.  
Must be willing to work the current work schedule (M-TH 7am-5:30pm, 7am-3:30pm).
