Maintenance/Bus Driver (Summerfield Retirement Community)
Full time Maintenance/Bus Driver
Must have basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience a plus. Working in a climate-controlled community with seniors.
This candidate will be responsible for driving a 12-passenger bus (CDL NOT REQUIRED) and must have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay Rate Base $12 an hour (based on experience)
Must be able to pass a drug screen and be able to work occasional weekend or holidays.
