Responsibilities 

  • Continued assessment of residents to promptly address any issues regarding the resident's health
  • Work with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the residents plan of care is followed and updated according to their individual needs
  • Communicate with third party providers and family to address any issues arising which would be applicable to their health and wellbeing 

Skills

  • Compassion and a passion for helping others is a must!
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
  • Excellent concept of HIPPA and confidentiality standards
  • Experience with PCC or similar EMAR system preferred
  • Licensed by the Louisiana Board of Practical Examiners in good standing 
  • CPR/BLS

Pay Rate - Starting base pay $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience
