Summerfield Retirement Community  is looking for compassionate individuals to provide excellent care with the highest of standards to our residents in our  Assisted Living Community. Must have a passion and drive to serve seniors and make a difference in their lives each day. 

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1-year minimum experience working as a RA/CNA
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
  • Respond to residents' call system promptly and courteously
  • Demonstrate good decision-making skills
  • Complete and sign incident reports and provide follow-up as required
  • Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Job Types: Full Time Days

Pay rate is $12 per hour ($3.00 weekend shift differential) 


Experience:

  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
