Maintenance Assistant (Summerfield of Gulfport)
Full time Maintenance
Must have general knowledge of building maintenance and repair. HVAC, Electrical, Painting, and Plumbing experience a plus. Working in a climate-controlled community with seniors.
Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay Rate Base - based on experience $13-$18
Must be able to pass a drug screen and be able to work every other Saturday, occasional holidays and be willing to take call in the absence of the director.
