Maintenance Technician (Summerfield of Hammond)
Come work in our award-winning Assisted Living Community. Summerfield of Hammond is looking for dedicated Full time Maintenance Technician
Must have basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience a plus. Working in a climate-controlled community with seniors.
This candidate will also be responsible for driving a 12-passenger bus (must obtain a CDL within the first 30 days of employment, company paid) and must have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay Rate $15/Hour
Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, must be able to work occasional weekend and/or holiday.
