The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Mauna Lani Sales Team, including but not limited to Group Sales, Leisure Sales, and Wedding & Social Event Sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess a strong ability to multi-task, resourceful and self-motivated, and remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced work environment. Must exhibit exceptional guest service skills for both external and internal guests. Proficiency with the following programs an asset: Delphi, Cvent, Opera/PMS, LinkedIn, Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Hangouts, etc.), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with online proposal platforms such as SpeedRFP, Proposal Path, HPN, etc. Must be comfortable utilizing online apps and booking sites such as hotel, airline, car rental, Uber, etc. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
