TALENT & CULTURE COORDINATOR (HUMAN RESOURCES)
The Talent & Culture Coordinator is a generalist position that assists the Talent & Culture leaders. This role is often the first point of contact for all internal and external guests visiting the department, and requires an authentic desire to work with and help people. This individual will have direct involvement with interviewing, on-boarding, employee relations and communication, as well as additional administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will exemplify the ENRICH values of Auberge Resorts Collection, and will contribute to a welcoming and collaborative employee experience. This individual will be a self-starter, and they'll possess strong and clear communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to detail, kindness, and flexibility. They will also thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality field is preferred along with work experience in Hawaii.
