ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING
The Assistant Director of Housekeeping plays a critical role by providing support to the Director of Housekeeping as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. This position will possess a unique passion for cleanliness in a luxury hospitality environment. They will have a natural eye for detail while providing attentive and personalized service experiences to all external and internal guests. Through the company’s ENRICH values and the spirit of Aloha, this individual will foster a collaborative, engaging, and positive team environment while seeking and developing talent. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a luxury hotel setting, as well as experience overseeing budgets, including payroll control and operational expenses.
