ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EVENTS
Associate Director of Special Events is a leader and active member of the team, handling luxury catering and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, who is innovative, creative, results driven with a desire to exceed customer expectations. Focused on corporate and incentive groups, with the flexibility and experience to handle catering market segment as needed. Ability to maximize revenue generation with differentiating strategies. Exceptional business acumen with attention to detail, forecast accuracy and pace preparation. Act as the primary contact for all advance planning, set up, event orchestration and post-departure follow up for each program. Requires consistent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication capabilities. Must be adaptable and able to work across all departments, with a key focus on food and beverage, to detail each event and ensure flawless execution.
