COOK III
The Cook III is responsible for preparing and plating all menu items and special requests on a consistent basis according to established standards. The Cook III will be rotated through the various outlets of food preparation in an effort for the individual to experience cooking on different levels set in a hotel environment. The Cook III will assist the Outlet Chef, Cook I and Cook II with planning, ordering and receiving all materials to produce menu items.

Cook IV
Assist higher rated cooks with preparation of food items; does actual cooking with direction.
