The Assistant Resort Manager will oversee the functions of the front office/services teams and display strong leadership skills to maintain exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be innovative and results driven with a desire to personalize and create exceptional experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will have natural business acumen, be highly detailed and actively contribute to the development of the team. Previous leadership experience in the hospitality/front office arena is required.
