Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the management, supervision and activities in the designated food and beverage outlet they are assigned to.  This person acts as second in command for the outlet and directs the staff in the service/delivery of food and beverage items in a fast paced environment.  The position requires consistent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.  Previous food and beverage leadership background in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
