Responsibilities and Duties:
• Coordinate tasks for employees engaged in quality testing, inspection, and analysis
• Complete powder analysis; metallurgical testing and evaluation; and inspection operations
• Operate and program the CMM and Keyence comparator
• Create, review, and approve outgoing product certifications
• Problem solve quality and production issues
• Assist with the internal calibration program
• Complete final inspection reports, FAI, PPAPs, and other customer required documentation
• Review nonconformance hold tags and update the hold tag database
• Resolve or mediate minor conflicts between quality team members
• Monitor quality team compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals (MTTM) management  
• Follow relevant MTTM procedures and the MTTM Quality Policy
• Adhere to all Safety Policies established by MTTM 

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4 years relevant experience or 2 years experience with a degree
• Previous experience with some of the inspection equipment listed above
• Good communication skills to coordinate with the team and other departments 

Preferred Qualifications:
• CMM experience
• Keyence programmable optical comparator experience
• Calibration experience
• Metallurgical testing experience
• Hand gaging and inspection equipment experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D requirements
